These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the WainPKR platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything on this page.

Each player is permitted one wainpkr account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
WainPKR is strictly an 18+ platform. Players below the legal age of adulthood are not permitted to register or play. WainPKR reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to close accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
All transactions on wainpkr — deposits, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals — are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. The amount shown in your wainpkr balance is the exact amount you will receive when you withdraw to Easypaisa, JazzCash, or your bank.
All bonuses and free spins awarded by wainpkr are subject to individual bonus terms, including wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus terms are clearly stated at the time of each offer and are accessible in your account at any time.

To access the full range of wainpkr services — including depositing, betting, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free and takes approximately two minutes to complete. WainPKR uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
Players are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account login credentials. WainPKR will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact wainpkr support immediately via support@wainpkr.app.
WainPKR operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard industry practice. Players may be required to complete identity verification at any point, including but not limited to: at the time of first withdrawal, when a withdrawal exceeds a certain threshold, when account activity appears inconsistent with the player's registration details, or as part of a routine compliance review.
Acceptable identity documents at wainpkr include a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid Pakistani passport, or a Pakistani driving licence. In addition, proof of address and, where required, proof of payment method ownership may be requested. All documents must be current, valid, and clearly legible. Documents that are expired, cropped, or obscured will not be accepted.
WainPKR will process submitted KYC documents within three working days. Players will be notified of the outcome via email. Withdrawals may be held pending successful completion of the KYC process. Players who are unable to complete KYC to wainpkr's satisfaction may have their accounts restricted. All documents submitted to wainpkr are handled in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy.
WainPKR accepts deposits in PKR via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All deposit methods are processed in PKR with no currency conversion applied. The minimum deposit on wainpkr is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though deposits above Rs 500,000 may trigger additional compliance review.
Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to the player's wainpkr account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. IBFT bank transfers may take up to two hours to credit depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. Visa/Mastercard deposits are typically credited within a few minutes of authorisation.
WainPKR does not charge deposit fees. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside wainpkr's control. Players should check with their payment provider for applicable fees before initiating a deposit.
Players may withdraw their available balance (real money balance, excluding any active bonus funds) at any time by submitting a withdrawal request through their wainpkr account dashboard. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets are typically processed within five minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank.
The minimum withdrawal amount on wainpkr is Rs 500. There is no stated maximum single withdrawal amount; however, very large withdrawals may be processed in tranches over a period agreed between the player and the wainpkr finance team. In all cases, the full amount owed to the player will be paid.
WainPKR offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include the welcome deposit bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, seasonal promotions, and the refer-a-friend programme. All bonuses are subject to individual terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, time limits, and game contribution rules.
The welcome deposit bonus at wainpkr provides a match on a player's first qualifying deposit, up to a stated maximum. To qualify, a player must have made a minimum first deposit of the stated amount within the stated time window following account registration. The bonus is credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered a specified number of times using qualifying games before any winnings derived from the bonus can be transferred to the withdrawable balance.

All games available on the wainpkr platform are operated by third-party licensed game providers using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. The outcome of every game is determined by the RNG at the moment of play, and no subsequent modification of results is possible by any party, including wainpkr staff.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, software error, or incomplete transaction — wainpkr will review the game logs and resolve the round in accordance with the game provider's rules. Where a valid round cannot be established from the logs, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. WainPKR's decision on disputed rounds is final after review.
Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. Game rules are accessible from within each game and are also summarised in the FAQ section. Wainpkr does not accept claims based on a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics.
Virtual sports results at wainpkr are generated by the same certified RNG technology used across all other games. Results are final as shown in the event outcome display, and bets settled accordingly cannot be reversed. Live casino game results are final as determined by the live dealer studio's official result and any disputes are subject to the studio provider's own dispute resolution process.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on wainpkr and may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
Where wainpkr has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the above activities have occurred, the platform may suspend or close the account pending investigation. Where funds are identified as having been obtained through prohibited activity, they may be held indefinitely pending resolution or legal action.
Players may close their wainpkr account at any time by contacting support at support@wainpkr.app or through the responsible gaming tools available in the account dashboard. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method after standard withdrawal processing. Active bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
WainPKR may close or suspend an account without prior notice where the platform has grounds to believe that these terms have been violated, where a player has requested self-exclusion, or where continued operation of the account would create regulatory or financial risk for the platform. Players whose accounts are closed due to terms violations forfeit any bonus balances and, where funds are determined to have originated from prohibited activities, may forfeit their remaining real-money balance pending investigation.
Closed accounts cannot be reopened except in the case of responsible gaming cooling-off periods that have expired and where the player requests reinstatement after the agreed period. Self-excluded players who contact wainpkr to request reinstatement before their exclusion period has ended will be encouraged to continue the exclusion and referred to appropriate support resources.
WainPKR is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The platform provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from the account dashboard without requiring contact with support.
Available responsible gaming tools at wainpkr include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders and hard time limits; reality check notifications; cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 90 days; and indefinite self-exclusion. All tools take effect immediately upon activation. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

WainPKR uses player data exclusively for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the provision of customer support. Player data is never sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory bodies to the extent necessary to operate the platform lawfully.

While the platform targets 99.4% uptime and works continuously to minimise disruptions, wainpkr cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The platform will not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events.
WainPKR is not responsible for decisions made by players during a gaming session, including decisions made under the influence of alcohol or other substances. Players access and use the platform at their own risk in accordance with their own judgement. WainPKR does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice of any kind, and nothing on the platform should be construed as such.
In all cases, wainpkr's maximum liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount of the player's real-money balance at the time the claim arises, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
WainPKR reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect player rights, withdrawal procedures, bonus rules, or account security — wainpkr will notify all registered players via the email address registered to their account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Minor amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the terms, may be made without advance notice.

Players who disagree with any updated terms should close their account and withdraw their balance before the updated terms take effect.
